Minimum
Requirements
Midnight Tuning requires your car meets some basic requirements in order to ensure safety and a seamless tuning experience when you book one of our tuning services. We have a full guide available to ensure your car is ready for any tuning work.
It must be noted that the Travel Fee (If Midnight Tuning traveled to you) is a non refundable charge and will be billed if we have traveled and the car was not ready as per our standard or any other agreement if one was made on a per case basis beforehand.
Tuning Limits
Midnight Tuning may place some limits on items such as RPM Limit, Boost Limit, Maximum Spark Advance, etc in the interest of protecting your vehicle from doing things it cannot safely do. This will be openly discussed at booking time, however if you wish to request surpassing what we consider safe, you may be asked to sign a form which waives your rights to privately or legally request compensation for hardware damage (Catastrophic engine failure, etc). Consumer Law still applies to the Tune and you will not loose any rights to a refund or redo of your tune.
Re-Tune Discount
Midnight Tuning offers a Re-Tune discount for returning customers that have had there vehicle tuned by us in the past. This discount applies unless a major modification has occurred since the last tune that would require substantial tune adjustment.

Currently, this includes induction changes (N/A to Turbo / Supercharged and vise versa). Gearbox changes (Manual to Auto or the other way) are not considered major.
All Minor changes will not affect the discount. A full list of changes that result in the loss of this discount is documented in the full document available above.
